Collecting or harvesting any personally identifiable information from other users of the App without their consent.
Intellectual Property Rights 2.1 Ownership: All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, belong to InveStar BD or its licensors. 2.2 Limited License: InveStar BD grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes. 2.3 Restrictions: You agree not to reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on the App or any content therein without prior written consent from InveStar BD.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability 3.1 No Investment Advice: The App is for specific investment purposes only and does not constitute investment advice. Governing Law and Jurisdiction 6.1 Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh and international locations where we legally operate. 6.2 Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
